The Development Times Edition No. 16 is now out. The theme of the new edition deals with issues of environment and development, linking these two domains into a single development challenge account. Development Times presents the latest figures related to the climate change from the Human Development Report 2007/2008, and discusses the deficiencies and opportunities of sustainable environment protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
